Servecentric carried out a customer satisfaction survey in November 2021. We’re delighted with the response which is a testament to our great team and we would like to share some of the feedback below

So the overarching question kicks us off. We were delighted to see that 100% of respondents are either very satisfied or satisfied with Servecentric.

Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Servecentric?

Unfortunately, there’s no getting away from Covid-19, but it was important for us to understand that we have been delivering the right approach in terms of communication and support for our clients. Thankfully, it looks like we have managed the situation well.

How would you rate Servecentric's level of support, communication and service delivery during the pandemic and resulting lockdowns?

It’s also important to understand that what we provide meets the needs of our customer base. From the responses received, it looks like we’re hitting the right notes with 100% of respondents stating that we meet their needs Perfectly or Very Well.

How well do our services meet your needs?

Despite the fact that we are a service oriented organisation and we want to be the best in this field, cost is always a factor, so we need to know if we’re on the money!

How would you rate the value for money of our services?

Of course, we’re not the only show in town, and some of our customers use a number of Data Centres. It’s a great barometer and thankfully all our respondents rate our performance either equal or better than our competition.

If you work with other Data Centres, how do you rate our overall performance in comparison?

A key differentiator for our company is our responsiveness to queries or problems. It can be frustrating to be left waiting or in the dark, so we pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive at all times. Gladly, our clients think the same!

How responsive have we been to your questions or concerns about our services?

Finally, when over 90% of respondents are likely to recommend Servecentric, then we believe we are on the right track… but always striving to improve.

How likely would you be to recommend Servecentric to a colleague or friend in another organisation?
